Terms of Service

By using Deal Saver (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service generates suggested sales replies and follow-up cadences from text you provide. Output is guidance, not professional advice — you are responsible for what you send to your prospects.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful business communication only. You must not use it to send spam, harass, deceive, or violate any third party's rights or applicable law. The free tier permits 5 drafts per calendar month; paid tiers are subject to fair-use limits.

Accounts & payment

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Pricing is shown in USD and INR. Indian transactions are processed by Razorpay; international transactions by Stripe. Taxes (including GST where applicable) are added per local law.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for lost deals, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.
